私隱政策聲明

賽馬會友「伴」同盟護老者支援計劃（下稱「本計劃」）致力保障個人資料私隱，並遵守《個人資料（私隱）條例》（下稱「條例」）的規定。參與本計劃工作的相關人員均遵循最嚴格的安全及保密標準。

根據條例，個人有權要求查閲及改正為本計劃保存的個人資料。

如欲查閲或改正為本計劃保存的個人資料，請向您所屬的服務合作機構聯絡（見下表聯絡方式）。該機構將在3個工作天內通知香港大學秀圃老年研究中心團隊（下稱「研究團隊」），而研究團隊會在收到有關通知後的3個工作天內處理相關要求。

Jockey Club “Stand-by U” Caregivers Community Support Project

Privacy Policy Statement

The ‘Jockey Club “Stand-by U” Caregivers Community Support Project’ (‘the Project’) is committed to the protection of personal data privacy and the compliance with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (‘the Ordinance’). Individuals involved in the work for the Project comply with the strictest standards of security and confidentiality.

Under the Ordinance, individuals have the right to request access to and correction of their personal data held for the Project.

Should you wish to access or correct your personal information held for the Project, please present your request to the service organization you are affiliated with (see the contact details below). The organization will notify the research team of the Sau Po Centre on Ageing, University of Hong Kong ('the Research Team'), within three working days, and the Research Team will handle such requests within three working days upon receiving the notification. 

If you have any enquiries about the privacy policy and practices for the Project, please present your enquiry to the Research Team by e-mail to jcstandbyu@hku.hk.
